I am a highly accomplished and versatile individual with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in health science, leadership, and business. With a Diploma in Health Science, a Degree in Health Science, an MA in Leadership, and a Masters of Business
Administration, I possess a comprehensive academic foundation that complements my extensive practical work.

For over 15 years, I have dedicated my time and expertise as a volunteer with the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), where I have held various roles such as Youth Volunteer, Youth Leader, and Youth Commission member. As a Professional Trainer on Health and First Aid, I have made a significant impact by contributing to the development of the First Aid Training Curriculum and Manuals for ERCS. This has played a vital role in promoting community-based health and first aid initiatives, benefiting countless individuals.

Throughout my tenure at ERCS, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mobilizing resources and volunteers. I have actively contributed to the successful mobilization of volunteers and members at various levels, showcasing my ability to organize and coordinate large-scale initiatives. Also, I have served as a chairman of of two standing committee’s of the national board, namely; Volunteers and Members Advisory Committee(VMAC) and Compliance Mediation and Compliance Handling Committee (CMCHC). As a result of my efforts, ERCS achieved an observer seat in the House of People Representatives (HPR) of Ethiopia for the first time. Additionally, I had the privilege of representing ERCS in the HPR, advocating for humanitarian causes and influencing policy decisions.

In academia, I have excelled as both a lecturer and department head for health faculties at esteemed private universities such as Central University, National Aviation College, and Rift Valley University among others . My passion for knowledge and research has led me to serve as the head of the research and publication department. I have consistently contributed to advancing the fields of health science , Leadership and business through my academic pursuits and have been recognized with five Gold Medals and three Gold Cups for outstanding academic achievements and extracurricular activities during my tenure.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, I am the proud founder and CEO of JOhhsMaC PLC, a successful business venture focused on investment and consultancy. Through my entrepreneurial endeavors, I have demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and
effective business management skills, ensuring the growth and success of the company.

Notably, my MA thesis focused on the governance of ERCS, deepen my commitment to understanding and improving organization’s structure and operations. In summary, I am a dynamic and multifaceted individual with a diverse range of skills and experiences in health science, leadership, and entrepreneurship. With a track record of success in humanitarian initiatives, academia, and business, I am committed to leveraging my expertise and passion to make a lasting impact on society.
