Partnership Development and Management for the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) refers to the process of establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strategic relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the private sector, UN agencies, donors, and other humanitarian actors. These partnerships aim to support ERCS in its mission to provide humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and development assistance in Ethiopia, while adhering to the core principles of the Red Cross Movement.
