Resource development, mobilization and utilization are key priorities for ERCS Strategy 2030. Financial sustainability will be ensured, through mobilizing increased amounts of local and international funds, expanding and diversifying IGAs schemes, promoting optimal development of physical Assets (lands) in collaboration with the private sectors, and placing effective resource management and utilization strategies.
