ERCS’s Management Team and Staff Confer its New Structure
The Ethiopian Red Cross Society’s management and staff today have conferred its new structure, employees’ placement, and a salary increment ,in Addis Ababa.
Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Ato Abera Lulessa,Secretary General of the ERCS, said that the meeting aimed to discuss the new structure that has widened the work divisions and job positions to optimally perform quality humanitarian services.
He noted that the society has brought a wide structure in response to challenges caused by the shrinking of funds from international donors, calling for creating a stronger spirt of working environment to serve humanity.
The management team and staff have reaffirmed their commitment to generating additional income through domestic resource mobilization to cover operational costs and meet the growing humanitarian needs in the country.
