ERCS Oromia Branch Reviews 2018 E.C. Performance and Plans for 2019 E.C.


The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) Oromia Regional Branch held its 2018 Ethiopian Calendar (EC) Budget-Year Performance Review and discussed the 2019 FY Plan with the presence of the Deputy Secretary General from the National Headquarters, regional management, and the heads of 21 zonal branches in Waliso Town, Southwest Shewa Zone.

The meeting reviewed the branch’s performance and key achievements during the 2018 budget year, while participants also held detailed discussions on the 2019 EC Budget Year work plan.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review achievements, identify challenges, and strengthen the branch’s plans for the coming fiscal year.

The discussions further focused on key achievements, implementation challenges, lessons learned, and future priorities. Participants are jointly identifying ways to strengthen implementation and ensure effective delivery of planned activities during the new budget year.

The review allowed ERCS Oromia Regional Branch leadership, staff, and relevant stakeholders to reflect on progress, address challenges, and align priorities for the year ahead.
At the end of the meeting, we recognized the best-performing zonal branch and gave special recognition to one coordination office for its outstanding contribution.
