ERCS conducts a training program on change

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) conducted a training program on change for four days at the ERCS Training Center. The training was aimed to familiarize ERCS staff members with the concept of change and ERCS desire for change. Two hundred staff members of the Society attended the training conducted in four rounds from June 13-21, 2014. While officially opening the training program, Ato Wondawk Abezie, Deputy Secretary General for Support Service at the ERCS, underlined the significance of bring about behavioral and attitudinal change which demands inward looking at individual level to cope up with the current dynamism and to achieve the objective of the society. He also urged participants of the training to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency by using the lessons learned from the training.
