ERCS Signs MoU with Excellerent Technology Solutions to Boost Efficiency

Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) and Excellerent Technology Solutions/Ethiopia Delivery Center Sign Memorandum of Understanding to upgrade and automate the Society’s existing and new processes and systems through technologies.

The agreement primarily aimed to improve ERCS project management and human resource system. The two further agreed to scale up the communication system the Society use with its volunteers, members, partners and stakeholders.

According to Getachew Taa, ERCS Secretary General, the collaboration will help the Society better communicate with volunteer and members, collect proper feedbacks and mobilize resources.

“Red Cross in general is a great humanitarian organization globally, and has been here for a very long time. The Principles and the objectives are in alignment with Excellerent vision. We are willing to invest in the relationship and volunteering in some way in developing digital solutions for the Society” said Mr. Orne Bey, Founder and CEO of Excellerent Communication Solution.
