ERCS Conducts Narrative and Financial Reports Harmonization Workshop
The Ethiopian Red Cross Society conducted a Narrative and Financial Reports Harmonization Workshop on the progress of projects that has been implemented by the Society, from December 12-13, in Addis Ababa
The workshop aims to identify project success and project limitations, and include recommendations to improve future performance of projects that has been implemented by ERCS.
In his opening remark Ato Dires Desyibelew, Deputy Secretary General of Programs said that the workshop facilitates continuous organizational improvement by identifying and documenting project experiences to repeat successes and avoid limitations.
Ato Dires added that this process transforms project-specific insights into actionable knowledge that benefits future initiatives across ERCS and the workshop will be held every quarter.
Progress of projects, challenges and ways forward were presented by the respective project coordinators and plenary discussion was held after the presentation.
