As ERCS is a volunteers and member-based Society, increasing the number and contribution of volunteers and members in humanitarian & development works is among its top agendas. In view of this the National Society is committed to:
- Renewing existing volunteers and membership,
- Recruiting new members, with emphasis on urban areas,
- Establishing Red Cross clubs in schools,
- Enhancing capacity of members and volunteers,
- Offering insurance service for volunteers, and
- Establishing retention, development, motivation, and rewards system.
