Located in Hawassa, the SNNP Regional city which is 275 km South of Addis Ababa.

There are boards at all levels and the regional board has 7 members. The Regional, Zonal and Woreda branch offices have their own Management with 5 members: the Branch Manager, Admin. & Finance, Program Coordinator, Resource & Development Officer and Representative of the labor.
